Early Access Notes

Be aware that this system is still in its early stages, and some bugs or anomalies might be present. If you notice anything that isn't working correctly, please either open a ticket on the Helpdesk in the appropriate project category, or contact CASA IT Services by phone or email if the problem is urgent. Likewise, if you have any suggestions for improvements, please let us know!

There are currently a few limitations and known issues:

A major overhaul of the visual appearance of the portal is planned once everyone has had a chance to use system, in order to bring the user experience up to modern web design standards.
Currently, the portal is only available in its desktop version. We'll be deploying a mobile-friendly version for testing at a later date, but wanted to get the desktop version released and validated first.
The action icons are placeholders using browser emoji symbols, so their visual appearance may be inconsistent between browsers. These will be replaced as part of the graphics overhaul mentioned above.
Many of the lists don't currently implement user-selectable sorting. We'll be adding this feature at a later date.
There is no confirmation for deleting a supporting document. However, the change doesn't take effect until you actually save the claim. Deleting a claim prompts for confirmation.
The site is not optimized for accessibility, and certain items may not have highlight text or other accessibility features. If you have any members who require accessibility features (such as screen-reading compatibility for a vision-impaired user), please have them reach out so that we can accommodate their specific needs.
